Casting continues for the upcoming second season of the Showtime series “City on a Hill,” starring Kevin Bacon and Aldis Hodge. Talent, aged 30–59, is wanted to portray upscale restaurant patrons in background roles. Talent must meet all physical requirements, including waist and jacket sizes, height, and hairstyles. There will be a test and fitting on Jan. 5 or 6, followed by filming on Jan. 7 in New York City. Union talent will be paid the SAG-AFTRA Background rate and nonunion talent will be paid $165 for 10 hours of work. Apply here!
Join the cast of“Crowdsourced,” a film industry ensemble mockumentary feature. Talent, aged 18–70, is wanted for several lead roles in the project, including Ryan, a starry-eyed, idealistic young director who read an article about the power of the crowd and decided to crowdsource everything in his film. The trailer will shoot in January, followed by feature filming dates in the summer and fall in Los Angeles. Pay is $100 per day for the trailer shoot with feature rates TBD. Apply here!
